Marzorati Sistemi di Trasmissione S.r.l. is located in Brugherio (MB) a few Km from Milan and quickly accessible from the airport of Milano Linate, Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio. Over 70 years Marzorati designs and produces continuously organs of transmission which are:

bevel gearboxes, speed modulation gearboxes, electromagnetic brakes and cluth, screwjacks heavy and light version and gearboxes, to those should be added a series of customizations performed on requirement of our costumers. Marzorati acquired a know-how on the product that allows to study in close collaboration with the costumer the best solution according to the specific application requirements, all this is supported by the gained experience in those years of activity and modern tools of design and analysis that are: FEM (analysis finished elements), three dimensional modeler, kinetic dynamic, simulator of resonance field for own frequencies, simulation of cooling and heating.

Production and assembly are carried internally with machine tools of last generation, this choice allows to be flexible, versatile, punctual but especially to have an excellent quality on the finished product. The production management is supported by a MRP system.

All this is completed by a commercial network rooted in the national territory but especially internationally always present and able to guarantee an excellent support on the field. The team is composed by commercial technicians with pluriannual background. Currently Marzorati adopts SAP BUSSINESS ONE totally integrated and interfaces by PDM to all the other computer systems in the company.
