Cast iron IN-LINE Gearboxes: RE, RKE series
ATEX Dust and Gas Gearboxes: ARA, ARG, ARKE series
The RE and RKE series gearboxes are featured by a cast iron housing , with feet or flange , and are available coupled to compact version motors ( RE ) or coupled to standard motors with B5 flange ( RKE ). The reduction ratios , at 2 or 4 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with helical teeth,ground or shaved, designed according to ISO 6336 standards. Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are available. The input power goes up to 90 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 19.000 Nm.
The aluminium RA series and the cast iron RG and RKE series have been appropriately modified in order to make them suitable to run in a safe way in atmospheres potentially exploding because of presence of dust and/or gas , according to the european directive ATEX 94/9/EC.
As a consequence of this their names have been modified introducing the prefix A.
They can run in environments identified as follows :
II 2D , zone 21
II 3 D , zone 22
II 3G , zone 2.
and can be coupled to same level certified and homologated FIMET motors.
Since they are gearboxes , that is just mechanical units , they can also run in environments identified as follows :
II 2G , zone 1.
In such case the motor to be coupled must absolutely be choosen in a consistent way , being it out of the FIMET manufacturing range.

Aluminium in-line gearboxes, RK-A series
The RK-A series gearboxes are featured by the aluminium die cast housing, are available coupled to standards motors with B5, B14 or NEMA type flange, or without motor just with coupling flange and also with input shaft. Thanks to their modular design which foresees feet and output flanges fit to the gears housing with screws, a lot of different versions are possible, dimensionally consistent to the main international manufacturers. The reduction ratios at 1, 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions, are made with cylindrical gears with ground helical teeth.
The input power goes up to 7,5 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 520 Nm.
Cast iron in-line gearboxes , RK-C series
The RK-C series gearboxes are featured by a cast iron housing , with feet or flange , and are available coupled to standard motors with B5, or B14 or NEMA type flanges. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with ground helical teeth.
Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are also available .
The input power goes up to 45 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 4600 Nm.
The PE and PEK series gearboxes are featured by a cast iron single piece housing and are available coupled to compact version motors ( PE ) or coupled to standard motors with B5 flange (PEK).
The standard basic version is foreseen with hollow output shaft in order to have a self-adaptive cantilever installation with simple reaction arm. Thanks to their modular design a lot of technical solutions are possible : with solid output shaft, with feet, with output flange B5 or B14 flange. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with helical teeth, ground or shaved, designed according to ISO 6336 standards. Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are available. The input power goes up to 33 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 3.000 Nm
Parallel-Shaft Aluminium and Cast iron Gearboxes: PEK-A_PEK-C series

The PEK-A series gearboxes are featured by aluminium and are available coupled to compact version motors ( PE ) or coupledto standard motors with B5 flange (PEK).
The standard basic version is foreseen with hollow output shaft in order to have a self-adaptive cantilever installation with simple reaction arm. Thanks to their modular design a lot of technical solutions are possible : with solid output shaft, with feet, with output flange B5 or B14 flange. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with helical teeth, ground or shaved, designed according to ISO 6336 standards. Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are available. The input power goes up to 5,5 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 510 Nm.
The PEK-C series gearboxes are featured by cast iron and are available coupled to compact version motors ( PE ) or coupledto standard motors with B5 flange (PEK).
The standard basic version is foreseen with hollow output shaft in order to have a self-adaptive cantilever installation with simple reaction arm. Thanks to their modular design a lot of technical solutions are possible : with solid output shaft, with feet, with output flange B5 or B14 flange. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with helical teeth, ground or shaved, designed according to ISO 6336 standards. Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are available. The input power goes up to 22 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 2.100 Nm.
They are manufactured in 1, 2, 3 or 4 ( with pre-reduction gear ) reduction steps, for input power from 0,7 kW up to approx. 9300 kW. The available output torque goes from 1400 Nm up to 692.000 Nm, with cast iron or fabricated steel housing , according to the different sizes. The gearboxes can be delivered either with coupling flange to motors , direct or through coupling device, or with input shaft , and the output shaft can be hollow type or solid type , single or double.
Bevel type aluminium and cast iron Gearboxes: A-A_A-C series
Bevel type Cast iron or Steel Gearboxes: RXO, RXV series
The A series gearboxes are equipped with aluminium and cast iron housing and are available coupled to standard B5 flange motors. The basic standard version foresees the output shaft hollow type, for a possible self-adapative cantilever installation with simple reaction arm. Thanks to their modular design , a lot of technical solutions are possible, differently combined: single or double solid output shaft, B5 output flange, installation on feet fixed to the housing. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with Gleason type bevel gears and with cylindrical gears with helical teeth, ground or shaved, designed according to the ISO 6336 standards. Input shaft or just coupling flange versions, without motors, are possible.The input power goes up to 45 kW and the output torque goes up to 4.600 Nm , according to the different sizes

The available output torque goes from 1100 Nm up to 692.000 Nm, with cast iron or fabricated steel housing , according to the different sizes. The gearboxes can be delivered either with coupling flange to motors , direct or through coupling device, or with input shaft , and the output shaft can be hollow type or solid type , single or double.
Worm-Wheel / Square Worm-Wheel Gearboxes: SF_SFQ series
The worm-wheel gearboxes are featured in aluminium and cast iron, are available in 7 sizes which can be coupled to standard motors with B5, B14 or NEMA type flange. The standard basic version is equipped with output shaft hollow type , for a possible self-adaptative cantilever installation, with simple reaction arm. Thanks to their modular design , a lot of technical solutions are possible, differently combined: single or double solid output shaft, B5 output flange, installation on feet fit to the housing with screws.Additionally to the basic version other solutions are possible in order to get higher reduction ratios : two gearboxes in sequence or the fitting of a pre-reduction unit with cylindrical gears .In addition solutions with input shaft or coupling flange , without motor, are possible. The input power goes up to 7,5 kW and the output torque goes up to 1.550 Nm , according to the different sizes.
